Green Flash Green Bullet has replaced Green Flash Double Columbus.

Named after a super-robust New Zealand hop, Green Bullet™ is a well-balanced Triple IPA being bottled today for the 1st time ever. Brewmaster, Chuck Silva initially released this Pacific Gem to celebrate the Green Flash 9th Anniversary in 2011, and it was an immediate hit!

A year before he created his masterpiece, The Naked City, famed noir director Jules Dassin made a classic prison break film called Brute Force, the inspiration behind the latest, boldest Naked City IPA. Hopped and dry-hopped with Cascade and Simcoe hops, Brute Force hits you quick with a bitterness you might not have seen coming from a whiff of its floral nose. Brewed with Pale, Victory, Munich, Crystal, and White Wheat Malts, Brute Force looks copper in the glass, like a sun setting behind prison walls. Do you like vinyl? Do you have a collection; or maybe you just like listening to records. Well we have a night for you!

We will be starting Analogue Thursday starting in February. Every Thursday we will be playing records and we will have a brew on special. So bring in what you want to share or just come in for the fun. Once we get a following we will start doing themes and pairing a beer with that theme.

Should be furiously fun!

Style: American Barley Wine | ABV: 11.5% | IBU: 105 | BA: 90 | RB: 97

An unfiltered and unrefined Barleywine. Intense, robust, malty and dark. The cognac of beers. A huge beer in a little bottle, this is a beer designed for sipping. Old Crustacean is brewed with eight ingredients, Great Western Harrington, Klages, Hugh Baird Carastan and Munich Malts, Chinook and Centennial Hops, free-range coastal water and PacMan yeast. Old Crustacean is best when aged for one year.
